Shipping policy

We ship to over 100+ countries worldwide using reliable courier services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

We process and ship your order within 1-2 business days after receiving your payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

The delivery time depends on your location and the customs clearance process in your country. Generally, it takes 7-15 business days.

We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses caused by the courier service or the customs authorities. If you have any issues with your order, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving it, and we will do our best to resolve them.

We accept returns and exchanges of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. Don't hesitate to contact us before returning any products to get a return authorization number and instructions.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products unless they are defective or damaged during transit. In that case, don't hesitate to get in touch with us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the problem, and we will send you a replacement or a refund.
